My role:
As Head of Design and designer of one, I established the company’s design vision, leading branding, website design/dev, prototyping, mobile app demos and the design of its Voice AI Studio interface.
Problem to solve:
By 2017, voice interfaces were growing with Alexa and Google Home, but businesses lacked the tools to create custom, high-quality voice experiences tailored to their products, services and terminology.
Our solution:
We built a complete Voice AI platform that transformed company data into an intelligent assistant, enabling businesses to craft natural, domain-specific voice interactions. Purchased by Apple it now helps to power Siri.
Marketing Website
We introduced the world to a cutting-edge Voice AI platform built for customized voice interactions. It showcased how our technology went beyond generic assistants, enabling businesses to create voice AI that deeply understood their brand, products, services, and customers.
Voysis AI Studio
The Voysis AI Studio gave businesses the power to create, test, and deploy custom voice AI models. With a streamlined interface, users could manage training data, refine AI responses, and build tailored voice experiences for their brand.
“Hi, Cristina”
We built “Cristina” a general-purpose Voice AI assistant that could be integrated into any voice AI system. Designed as a tool for business development and sales, it provided natural language understanding for tasks like scheduling, weather updates, and more.
Customized Demos
We built bespoke demos using real customer data to showcase Voysis in action. As an example for Wendy’s, we created a voice-enabled ordering assistant that let users browse, customize, and place orders hands-free, demonstrating the power of seamless voice integration.
Spotify
For Spotify, we designed an immersive voice-first interface to enhance the listening experience. Users could control playback hands-free and explore moods like “chill,” “upbeat,” or “Focus” making music selection more intuitive, personalized and dynamic.
Macy’s
For Macy’s, we built a voice-first chat assistant within their app, allowing users to browse products, find deals, and enhance their shopping experience through seamless, hands-free interaction.
Swoosh
We built Swoosh as a sales tool to showcase how Voysis could handle bespoke data sets. Using Nike’s website data, we demonstrated how the assistant could understand and interact with detailed attributes like specific shoe models and popular technologies like Zoom Air, and Dri-Fit, powering complex search and discovery.
